Knowledge of tourism and guest experiences
Nikolai has education in hospitality and leisure from Nijmegen in the Netherlands, as well as practical experience from the industry. This provides a good understanding of service, guest communication and what is needed to give guests a good experience from first contact to check-out.
John has more than 20 years of experience from the tourism industry and broad knowledge of operations, rental and guest experiences. This experience is important when building a safe and long-term solution for cabin owners who want to rent out.
