Holmseth AS has been a growing local company since its start, built on quality, service and trust. The company was started by the brothers Jo and Bjarne Holmseth and quickly developed into a solid provider of cleaning services and car care in Trysil.

When we took over Holmseth AS, it was important for us to preserve the strong foundation that had already been built. The company had earned a good name, satisfied customers and services that people in Trysil needed. Our goal has therefore been to continue the same good spirit of service, while further developing the business with new ideas, personal follow-up and a strong local presence.

We are four owners with different backgrounds, experience and personalities, but with one common goal: to deliver services customers can trust. We believe much of our strength lies precisely in the combination of who we are. We complement each other well, are a good match as a team and share the same view of what matters most in a local service company: personal contact, honesty, quality and satisfied customers.

For us, Holmseth AS is about more than just assignments. It is about people. We want to be close to our customers, listen to their needs and find solutions that work in practice. Personal contact is an important reason why we have managed to continue the company’s success. Customers should feel confident that the job is done properly, whether it concerns cleaning, car care, practical services or follow-up of a holiday home.

After the takeover, Holmseth AS has continued its positive development. We have had a good winter season, experienced further growth and received clear signals from customers that they want more services from us. At the same time, it is important for us to grow at the right pace. We want to do things properly, build step by step and ensure that quality always comes first.

A natural part of this development is the investment in Trysil Rentals. Several customers have requested help with renting out cabins and apartments, and this was also something we had planned ourselves. With Trysil Rentals, we now offer rental management and practical follow-up of holiday homes throughout Trysil.

Trysil Rentals is made for cabin owners who want an easier and safer way to rent out. We can take care of the entire process from A to Z, while the owner retains control. We offer a flexible and transparent solution, with no lock-in period, where the cabin owner can still use the cabin personally as much as they wish. When the cabin is not used by the owner, it can be rented out and generate extra income.

We help with advertising, booking, calendar, price management, contact with guests, cleaning, preparation, inspection after departure and practical follow-up. Because we are local, we can be present when needed. This provides security for both the cabin owner and guests.

We are proud to be a local company with a heart for Trysil. As owners, we work in the operations ourselves together with the employees. This allows us to get to know the customers, needs and assignments well. We believe this is important in order to deliver good services and further develop the company in the right way.

Good feedback means a lot to us. We want to build trust through the work we do, and we actively use feedback from customers to improve. Our goal is not only to grow, but to grow in a way that ensures customers still feel seen, heard and well looked after.
